Treasure Valley CBD offers Federally legal industrial hemp that is ODA Licensed and complies with Section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 - Recently amended by the 2018 US Farm Bill passed by Congress.
We do not sell any products that contain more than .3% THC. None of our products are intended to give you a "high," but to aid with issues like pain, anxiety, PTSD and even chronic illness when prescribed by a qualified doctor*. CBD is being researched as a safe alternative to expensive pharmaceutical drugs.
Minors are not allowed to enter or purchase products from Treasure Valley CBD - Though CBD is recognized by some doctors as a safe and effective treatment of certain chronic illnesses for all ages, adult Supervision is still required for use of CBD products under the age of 18.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Treasure Valley CBD currently ships to the United States only. All of our Shipping options are flat rate including handling. Standard flat rate shipping is free on retail orders over $50 (excludes wholesale orders). If you are looking for a quicker shipment, we do offer an express processing option to get your package sent quicker. If you are within 3 states of Oregon, we recommend you use "Standard Shipping" as most orders will make it in 2-3 days anyway. We are happy to ship to AK and HI, but please contact us about which shipping method to use if you would like an expedited option.
Treasure Valley CBD accepts payments via Authorize.net - a trusted online payment processor since 1996 that accepts all major Credit, Debit and E-Check transactions domestically. We do not charge any additional transaction fees or have a minimum purchase.
We use plain, vacuum sealed packaging to keep our orders fresh and discreet. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. That being said, please contact us if you have an issue and we will try to find a reasonable solution to compensate for your issue.
All orders also include a "Notice to Postmaster and Law Enforcement" in the package and an order invoice via email.

"Subtitle G - Hemp Production. SEC. 297A. DEFINITIONS.
(1) The term 'hemp' means the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, ex-tracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydracannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."
Section 12608 of the US Farm Bill Amends the Controlled Substances Act to exclude Hemp from the definition of Marijuana and excludes THC in or derived from hemp from the list of controlled substances. States and local law must follow section 297B of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 which prevents preemption of the standards set forth by the Federal Government.
